Up over the Rocks

In my Tunbridge Wells Blog, I’ve been busy simultaneously flying my drone over our local rocks and lightly complaining about the quality of its camera.

It all made me hanker after my experience a full ten years ago flying over Uluru and the Kata Tjuta in Australia in a helicopter with a proper camera.

Re-developing those shots now, the view is admittedly spectacular, but actually the files from a proper SLR back then are no better than those from my tiny drone today.

I’d love to try again.
